Oh what a fun week!

Samantha decided she wanted to come and work with me, well I didn't know what I was in for - we spend most of our time laughing, singing and dancing around each other as we work.

This week has been full on planning for her first table at the Maltings in Farnham, working late into the night on Friday.

Sam was busy making Champagne truffles, colouring moulds and Hazelnut and Bailey's cream Ganache.

Hearing her panic when her Easter eggs stuck to the hot plate, laughing so much when trying to get the eggs into boxes, the end result was fantastic.
